Paid / premium users
--------------------

All paid and premium subscribers can disable promotional communications through the member control panel, under user settings.

If you’ve done this and are still getting these emails and don’t want to, we apologize — please [open a support ticket](https://www.zoneedit.com/support/) and we will rectify.



Free users
----------

Users of our free services consent to receiving occasional promotional communications as per the [Terms of Service](https://www.zoneedit.com/terms-of-service/). Your options:

- Upgrade your account — via a [domain registration](https://www.zoneedit.com/domain-registration/) or [premium DNS credits](https://www.zoneedit.com/pricing/) — and then disable promotional email in your control panel settings.
- [Close your account](https://cp.zoneedit.com/manage/users/delete_my_account.php) to stop all future messages.
